Strong economy. Rates stayed flat.

Strong economy. Rates stayed flat.

When the economy looks strong, mortgage rates usually climb. This week the economy looked strong. People kept spending, paychecks grew, fewer folks lost their jobs than expected.

But rates didn't move. Oil prices fell as the U.S. and Iran made progress in talks. Lower oil kept rates from climbing. The two forces canceled out.

That means the budget you ran a few weeks ago still works today. Same payment, same price range.

If you want your real number on a specific price, call me. I answer my own phone.
